Leading European fair covering all aspects of the working world celebrates 20th anniversary 

From analogue to digital, from personnel administration to HR management, from rigid structures to fluid hierarchies – perpetual beta is everywhere and bringing about lasting changes to the working world. However, one thing has not changed. People are still at the heart of these changes and they are and will continue to be the most important corporate success factor. With this in mind, the expo event Zukunft Personal Europe has been connecting the HR community for 20 years now. It has been acting as a catalyst, discussion platform and marketplace, and is also the anchor point in permanent beta for all those who have taken or are taking a leading role in structuring changes to the working world – past, present and future. This year’s motto “Leading in permanent beta” therefore combines the transformation of the working world with the anniversary of this leading European fair.

Permanent beta involves challenges: How do we ensure staff receive appropriate continuous training so that everyone benefits from digitalisation? What stage of digital transformation have the business and working worlds already reached? The Zukunft Personal Europe addresses these issues and others in its presentation programme with a focus on handling artificial intelligence, further education and qualification possibilities and the agile transformation of corporate culture.

High-calibre keynote line-up now complete
The high-calibre keynote speakers at the Zukunft Personal Europe will also be contributing their tangible experiences from the world of work. Senior human resource professionals sharing their experience are Dr. Bettina Volkens, Member of the Executive Board, Deutsche Lufthansa AG, Marion Rövekamp, Chairwoman Human Resources & Law at the energy company EWE, Sebastian Kolberg, Vice President for Change Management and Digital Transformation at Bayer AG. We have now had confirmations from Dr. Jens Stief, Managing Director, XING E-Recruiting GmbH and Kerstin Rücker, Director HR & Organization Development, Eckes-Granini Group. 

The line-up is completed by FOCUS news magazine’s Chief Correspondent Daniel Goffart who will be projecting the theories from his book “The End of the Middle Class” onto the design of the working world, Lucas Sauberschwarz from Ventura Idea with "Good Job! New impulses for an absurd working world".

During his Keynote, Alexandre Pachulski will share his vision and the place human beings hold in the era of Machines and Artificial Intelligence. Rather than feeling fearful and indulging in alarmist and anxious predictions, the author of the book "Unique(s)" recommends developing our Singularity. 

Sustainability and the need to have work around the globe for everyone as well as to ensure work is contributing to sustain our planet and people, will be the greatest challenge we’ve known. Marga Hoek, Global Thought Leader, Sustainable Business and Capital’s Keynote will talk about leadership for a sustainable future.

Join John Strelecky, author of the Big Five for Life series of books for an entertaining and inspiring lecture on living an amazing life. John will be talking about the integration of life, work, and what matters most to us. He will also be discussing our role as leaders, even if the only one we lead, is ourselves.

Exhibitors’ product solutions aim to optimise HR management
The twentieth edition of the leading expo event will again be focusing on exhibitors’ product solutions and innovations for the working world besides the numerous interactive formats.  Already five months before the start of the event, both the Software and Hardware hall and the Recruiting and Attraction hall are completely sold out. Exhibitors will be illustrating the full HR process chain and Employee Experience (EX) across four halls in total. Their offerings range from the latest software for recruiting and personnel management to corporate health management issues and the practical implementation of the Future of Work with its various thematic strands: spaces, tools, leadership and learning. 

Guided Tour: HR Innovations with Tom Haak, HR Trends Institute
Are you interested in global HR Innovations? Would you like to get a quick overview of international products and services? Tom Haak, director HR Trend Institute, will give you a brief introduction to this topic and then bring you straight to the exhibitors offering solutions in this area of interest.
