- Are an HR hotshot with 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Services or similar roles.
- Hold a degree that shows you're not just here to play – you've got the skills!
- Speak fluent Dutch and English – a point that is non-negotiable for us!
- Are an international superstar – global admin and communication? You've got it covered.
- Are all about employee service and speed – you're like the Flash but for making people smile.
- Have a secret weapon: attention to detail – the small things are your domain.
